Ive tested it and the problem is, that the 'new' 720p-movies cant be found by the game. If you download it and mark it in the downloadable content, the download will start and it says, its installed.

An '720'-folder is now created in the NnT-movie-folder. Sadly although installed the game chooses the old 1080p-files. Ive erased all 1080-files to see, what the game does, but now no movies are shown.

Ive put all the 720-files in the 'normal' movie-folder, but still no movie show up (maybe because of the '720'-ending in the name of each movie-file. So if the gamers here say, that the cut-scenes still stutter, its because of the game isnt able to show the 'new' 720-files, it still shows the old 1080-files.
