So, I am trying to create a slackware 13 USB drive installer from windows 7 so I can dual boot Slackware 13 and windows 7. So far, I haven't found any information on achieving this whatsoever but from what I understand, I would need to create a fat16 partition to house the Slackware 13 installer image and then create an ext2 partition on the usb drive to house all the packages. What I don't understand is why can't I just create a bootable fat32 partition on my usb drive that holds it all on one partition instead of creating two seperate partitions.
