Company offered for me to pack and return back to them for a refund however, since I had to run around to locate, and to purchase, the genuine (LG) filters, I merely threw these in the trash. The saying that 'you get what you pay for' is so true - these filters WILL NOT WORK, despite the site's video showing how they should turn and lock into place.
