Hello everyone, Will anyone please give me a sample of a basic tcl script which would work this way: a welcome announcement is played - 'Hi, this is compnay XYZ. Please dial an extension number or wait for the operator'. So, it's enough to dial extension number without having to dial options (1 - for sales departament, 2 - for customers service, etc). I've got no idea how to customize the B-ACD script which one can download from Cisco site. This script allows dial extension number, but one needs to dial option number first.
