Thanks Alfred, appreciate your reply. It goes against my grain to use a 32bit OS for my lovely new expensive Intel i7 SSD 16GB RAM machine, so Windows 7 32bit I'd rather avoid. Also, I really wanted to avoind the VM route if possible.

So, I tried the option you mentioned this morning. And I have to say, wow that was easy - I'm totally up and running! I'll report back in a few weeks to let you all know how it's running, but so far it seems totally normal, everything is working fine.
